- All quoted times are estimated. Timing may vary based on your hair texture, length, and size of head.
- Address will be sent in confirmation email
- Wet/Oily hair & wefts cut into small pieces will NOT be installed. Wash & air dry bundles prior to your appointment!!️ Bundles must be fully dry in order to install.
- For braids, 1b will be provided unless requested otherwise.
- You MUST come washed, blow dried & product free for all services. Failure to do so will result in an upcharge or cancellation of appointment & deposit forfeited.
- You must drop off all lace wigs/lace pieces atleast 2 days before appointment.
**Late Policy**
I allow a 5 minute grace period without a fee. At 10 mins late (If time permits) there will be a $15 late fee. After 20 mins, appointments is automatically cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
**Cancellation Policy**
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text ATLEAST 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be credited to your next scheduled appointment within 30 days. You are responsible for canceling/rescheduling your own appointment. If I, for any reason, need to cancel/refund you it will be done so thru the site.
